DISCLAIMER

This map and information is for helpful neighborhood purposes ONLY. It is not a full legal parking map. Legal parking and parking within the CC&R guidelines is solely the responsibility of the owner/operator of the vehicle.

Unofficial Parking Map

We have had questions from residents about where to have guests park when there is not a lot of available parking directly in front of their lot.  On the map, we have tried to mark areas that are ok to park in (green) and not ok to park in (red), but you are still responsible for following the City laws and HOA rules. Depending on the size of your vehicle, you may be able to park in other space as well.

City Parking Enforcement

The City of Renton enforces parking on the streets of our neighborhood. The city will issue citations for cars not following local laws. These include, but are not limited to:

  • No parking within 15 feet of a mailbox
  • No parking within 5 feet of a driveway
  • No parking within 15 feet of a fire hydrant
  • No parking on both sides of the street where there are "no parking both sides" signs
  • All other "no parking" signs

If you believe you received a ticket in error, you will need to contact the city.

CC&R Parking

The HOA is responsible for enforcing the parking rules in the CC&R documents. These are different from the city laws. If you are violating the CC&R parking rules, you will be notified (and potentially fined) by the HOA. Tips to avoid a citation by the HOA include:

  • Residents are not allowed to park on the street.
  • Do not park on the sidewalks and common areas.

Please refer to the CC&R documents for a full explanation.
